Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Because all CHEETAHBANDZ items are made to order through pre-orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color selection, change of mind, or simply no longer wanting the item.

Please carefully review the size chart, product details, and order information before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a replacement.

CHEETAHBANDZ is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or incorrect washing.
